Happy Father's day cards.....

My dad, Ceasar Rizzo, has been in Heaven for over 10 years. Not a day goes by that I don't think of him. He was a wonderful father and loved us very much as we loved him. Dad was the "Italian Gardener"; every year he would plant a big garden of tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, herbs and various other veges. We ate wonderful salads and fresh veges all summer long. We also had 3 apple trees, a peach tree and an italian plum tree in our back yard. Good eating. I miss you Dad xoxox

Birdy wishes

I have been trying to use this bright yellow card stock for a long, long time. Everytime I think I have an idea for it, I can't seem to put the idea to paper. I recently purchased this green, dashed line paper and viola! an idea for this bright yellow card stock that would work.

A co-worker of mine recently had surgery, what could be better than an happy yellow bird with a red flower to say "feel better soon", so here it is, hope you like it :) Items used: Hero Arts play ful animal and all occasion clear design stamps, gold pearls, flower and green, dash paper.

My pretty, little card WON!!

My pretty, little card won the Hero Arts Mayflowers challenge. I'm so excited and happy. This delightful little card is what spring and flowers are all about :)
Previous post: The other day I had this thought of little birds flying around putting ribbons around a dress, later figured out the vision was from the Disney Cinderella movie (great movie:). Anyway, the Hero Arts fancy dress stamp and Holiday dove stamps were perfect for this idea and here it is. I'm so happy with this card and submitted it to the Hero Arts challenge this week "mayflowers".
