New stamps

My local Archiver's store just received new "Created exclusively for Archiver's" stamps made by Hero Arts and I love some of the new sets. On Saturday my friend, Terri and I attended the Shabby Chic class at Archiver's, made our 4 lovely cards, and then shopped for a while. I purchased a new set of the Archiver's/HA stamps and made this card. I am submitting this card to the 30 grand challenge on the Hero Arts blog. The HA flckr group has almost 30,000 creative, stamped submissions and to celebrate HA is having a special challenge called 30 grand. The theme is open to your imagination, of course using at least 1 HA stamp, and here is my submission. Items used: Archiver's Hero Arts butterflies and lace and every day sayings stamps, Hero Hues earth print flowers, ribbon, gems and pearls.

Oh Deery, there's no one like you...

Here's the sweet young deer from Hero Arts again. This too is one of my favorite stamps, just so cute and can be used in so many different ways. Items used: Hero Arts young deer and woodland creatures stamps, ribbon, Cosmo Cricket earth love paper (one of my favs).

Sketchbook flowers

The Hero Arts sketchbook flowers stamp is one of my all time favorites, there's just something I love about this stamp. Been using orange lately, such a cheerful color especially during these cold, grey winter months. Took one of the ATC's I made a few months back and made this card with it. Items used: Hero Arts sketchbook flower and mix & match elements stamps, jute twin, button, Cosmo Cricket paper, flower gem.

Vintage tea pot

This lovely teapot graphic comes from the Graphics Fairy, you must take a look at Karen's wonderful vintage images! And, every Monday Karen hosts BRAG MONDAY, I'll be submitting this lovely tea pot card, check it out. Items used: Hero Arts art flowers-vintage, ribbon, and wonderful tea pot image.

Where does the time go?

I seem to be very busy lately and just noticed I haven't posted to my blog in a while. My DH and I just booked a cruise on Holland America, we are going to Alaska in June, yeah!! Have always wanted to see Alaska. Have never been on a cruise, hear their nice.
Here are some cards I've made, I'm always making cards, just don't seem to get around to putting thme on my blog :)

When I realized St. Pat's day was coming (my DH is Irish), this little card came into my thoughts. I cut out cloud shapes and dabbed blue ink over the shapes to make the clouds & sky. We have been to Ireland, what a beautiful country. What struck me most (besides the castles) was the lush green hilly fields, stone fence lines and sheep. Items used: Hero Arts stamps, MS punch, Cuttlebug swiss dots folder, HA flower gems, hand written sentiment.

I love Penny Black animal stamps, they are just so cute. Items used: Penny Black party critters, DP, button, twine.

Made this card for Hero Arts monthly challenge, flowers. Items used: Hero Arts Sketchbook flowers, buttons, DP, gems.

More Penny Black cute animals, my favorite animals - Dogs :)
