Big Green Monster

When I saw these 2 stamps made into a monster attacking the city card in the gallery over at Hambro Stamps I just had to have them. And, I was inspired to make this CAS card for this week's challenge over at the Play Date Cafe. Isn't this monster fun :)

Got cards??

O.K. so I'm in Love with Mo Manning digital stamps and this stamp is just perfect, Bella and Bronte making cards!! I am going to give this card to my card making friend, Terri. I am so taken with the flower button on this card, I mentioned a while ago about a store I found in Castle Rock "The Vintage Rose", well here's another wonderful button from that store. Oh, by the way, I made the pink square paper :) Here you go:

Embossed Flowers

You have got to check out this new card / challenge/ inspiration site: Lily Pad Cards. I just love this site; wonderful, talented woman with such inspiration, how tos and challeges, what's not to LOVE!! I am submitting this embossed card to a challenge over at the Lily pad, enjoy :) Items used: Hero Arts flower bord and thank you stamps, SU punches, lace, gems and Cuttlebug embossing folder.

Kindness

Haven't done this in a long time; I am submitting this card to 2 challenges. Challenge 81 over at The Play Date Cafe is a beautiful color challenge, purple light grey and green and the challenge over at Casual Fridays is to use buttons and twine, so Viola! my card fit both and here it is: Items used: Stamping Bella hibiscus circle stamp, SU flower stamp, punch, bottons, twine, pearl and ribbon.

Dream a little dream....

O.k. I admit it, I'm a paper addict. I love designer paper and cant seem to get enough of it (if you're looking at my blog, chances are you have this problem too :). Anyway, Graphics 45 has such fabulous papers, I love the style and images from Graphics 45. Here's a card i put together tonight with one of these fabulous papers (the 3 little fairies). The yellow DP is from Cosmo Cricket. Hope you like it :)

DeNami Sketch Challenge #8

My little 3 cupcakes on a platter stamp from DeNami Design is one of my favorites and this week's sketch challenge over at the DeNami Design blog was perfect for this cute stamp; check out the challenge HERE. Here is the card I was inspired to create using the sketch: Oh, I sure could go for a cupcake right about now :) Items used: DeNami stamp, Hero Arts stamp, doilies, ribbon, DP, watercolor pencils.

Oh No it's plaid....

I have never been a big fan of plaid, plaid anything - just don't care for it. So, when I bought a pack of Memory Box paper I thought what am I going to do with the 2 6x6 pieces of plaid paper in the pack. Well, I have finally used it and it's not so bad after all. Challenge 80 this week over at The Play Date Cafe is a color challenge, check it out. The colors are fairly well represented in the plaid paper, so here goes: Items used: Memory Box DP, ribbon, pearls, papers, Hero Arts birthday stamp and Stampin Up flourish stamp.

Girls and Dogs, oh I know this well....

One of the challenges this week over at Lily Pad Cards is this color palatte: I'm sorry to say I messed up with the colors, I thought the light pink was a light yellow, so just switch those colors out for my card :( The image I chose for this challenge is one of my favorites "Bella and Bronte" a Mo Manning digital image you can find HERE I just love Mo Mannings art work, her little dog Bronte reminds me of my sweet dog Pearl; they both have little round, tank bodies and skinny legs (just adorable they are). Here's my card: Items used: Mo Manning Bella & Bronte digital image, twine, button, My Mind's Eye DP, watercolor pencils, Nestability Die, pop dots.
