The inspiration for this card comes from a fun dress by Jeremy Scott at the Runway Inspired Challenge. I love the colorful dress (see below) and was inspired to cut scrap paper into pieces for my card. I glued the pieces of paper together, added a circle sentiment, a feather and a sparkly gem.
