City Crafter - Pet Company

Hi City Crafters!  Our challenge at City Crafter this week is "pet company" and Kirsty is our host.  She would like us to make a project with a pet; this can be a cat, dog, rabbit, bird, etc., just no jungle animals.

For my DT card I used a Tim Holtz crazy dog stamps and a splatter embossing folder (don't know about you but my dogs love to get themselves covered with dirt).  The dog is colored using my Zig markers.

Muse - Hippos to you

Well, isn't this little Hippo cute?  Such a happy little Hippo.  When I saw this week's Muse Card Club challenge card by Kim I knew I would use this cute stamp by Photo Play.  I took my inspiration from:

1) Cute hippos

2) The color pink

3) the little cupcakes

Simon Says - Bling It On

I'm making a few more flower cards before the Summer is over.  I made this card for the Wednesday challenge at Simon Says Stamp.  The background is embossed and for the bling I added some Stickles to the flower centers and blue gems to the card front.  I hadn't noticed when making the card that the yellow ribbon is shiny too :)

Die Cut Diva's - Girl with Wheelbarrow

Hi!  Today is my first post as a design team member for Die Cut Diva's and I used this cute digital stamp from Kinda Cute by Patricia called "girl with wheelbarrow" to create my card.  The challenge is to use the color Yellow somewhere on your project.  Kinda Cute by Patricia is our sponsor for the September challenge.

I added some leaf design paper to the background, some little die cut leaves from Lawn Fawn and used Prismacolor watercolor pencils to color the image.

City Crafter Challenge - By Sea or Sky

The challenge at City Crafter this week is "transport by sea or sky" and Marina is our host!  For my DT card I chose travel by sea.  It's so relaxing to be by the sea watching the waves come in and going out and floating on the sea in a boat, well heaven here on earth.
