Find Joy....

I purchased this butterfly stamp last Summer while in Wisconsin for a wedding and this is the first time I put ink to it.  Not sure why I didn't do this sooner, it's a very nice stamp :)

I took inspiration for my card from the Fusion Challenge sketch this week.  I added some red to the butterfly to accent the photo for the fusion challenge:

Glad you stopped by, hope you find some joy in the ordinary today :)

Wish Big!

Well, why not?  If you are wishing you might as well Wish Big!!

I keep trying to break away from the colors I always go to, blues, greens and pinks.  I'm making progress, only used a little bit of blue and green on the butterflies :)

I'm entering this card to 2 challenges this week:

Thanks for stopping by today, enjoy!

I am going to post this card to the My Favorite Things Facebook page and to the challenge over at Virginia's View - layers & dimensions.

Thanks for stopping by today, Gnomes Rule!!

Sketch #182 over at the Freshly Made Sketches challenge blog is very clean & simple (CAS) this week.  Since I'm in a "Spring state of mind" I put flowers and a butterfly together for my card.  The little hello and butterfly dies are from Memory Box.  Here's the FMS sketch:

So glad you flew over to my blog today :)

Pawsitively Awesome

This little girl and her dog stamp from My Favorite Things is so darn cute.  This could be me when I was a little girl.  I've always had dogs and can't imagine life without them.

I am entering this card into 2 sketch challenges this week:
