And, yes we are all still friends and e-talk regularly. Enjoy!! Items used: B&W photo, watercolor pencils, twine, SU Antique Brad, DP.

Our Crazy Cat, Boo!

So, our cat, Boo, likes to sit on the front window ledge. Mind you the window leadge is about 10 feet high (we have a vaulted ceiling). He jumps up on his cat condo and leaps to the window ledge with ease. He sits there and surveys the rest of us in the room and eats an occasional fly or 2. Mr. Boo Boo is a gem, a true "Crazy Cat". He likes to torment the dogs and they in turn like to chase him. It's a regular 3-ring circus in our house at times and I enjoy every minute of them, my little fur-family :)

Today, after the long morning walk Angus was a sleepy little guy. We weren't paying attention to him and lo and behold he found a nice spot on the couch for a nap with his new favorite toy. Of course, after the picture was taken off the couch he goes, no doggies on the furniture in our house :)

Happy Harvest

So, you know that little stamp set you have had in your sights forever? And, you have almost bought it a dozen times, but for some reason you don't? Well, this little apple stamp set from Hero Arts is one of those. I guess I didn't want it to be one of those sets I add to my stamp stash and then never use. Well, that won't be the case here. I finally got 'em and the ideas for cards keep coming to me especially since it is that apple time of year. Apples are so delicious and what is better than a homemade apple pie? As soon as the grocery stocks up on good apples I am going to get the pies going. O.k., so here's my card :)

Block Art Birdies

This week-end Archiver's had a little coloring event, you could color using Copics, watercolor pencils (my favs), glaze pens (must get some of these), Inkadinkadoo markers and Gelly roll glitter pens (love these). They had images by Stampendous already stamped for you to color. My stamping buddy Terri and I went to Archiver's and colored away. I took a few of the stamped images home with me (yes, I asked if I could) because I like them so much. Here are 2 cards I colored and put together with this cute Stampendous Block Art Birdies stamp. I just love the cute little birds :)
