Our challenge this week at City Crafter is hosted by Marina. We would like everyone to use patterned paper to "paper piece" part of your image.
I used stamps from Stampin' Up and paper pieced the happy woman's dress with dainty flowered paper and Prismacolor watercolor pencils to add a little color.

I think this is amazing - I love how the pattern of the dress stands her out from the surroundings.
