My card is made with an older Stampin' Up stamp that I found it in a bin of stamps at a shop for $4. I made this card for a friend and for the challenge at International Art & Soul; it's a Tic Tac Toe challenge.
As you can see, I based my card on the first row - a bow, green and an image.
