This stamp set called Bird bath friends from Colorado stamp company has this sweet dog carrying his leash and so many ideas came to me when I saw the set. The sentiment is from an older set by Simon Says stamp, when I saw it I thought, yup Birthday card.
I will be submitting my card to this week's challenge at Seize the Birthday, card for a child.
