This party dress is one of my favorite Hero Arts stamps and I have used it many times. This will be a birthday card for one of my co-workers who happens to be a stunning dresser. Items used: Hero Arts dress stamp, ribbon, Basic Grey DP, pearls and gems.

this is just gorgeous!! Such a great stamp and you can do so much with it but the strip of ribbon as a sash, genius! :)
