Hats Off to You
Hats off to you is the challenge this week over at the City Crafter challenge blog. I knew right away which of my favorite stamps I would use for this challenge, it's Stampendous' Mod Hatter: 
Isn't she just perfect for a "Hat" challenge? Items used: Stampendous Mod Hatter stamp, Echo Park red floral DP, SU flourish stamp, gems, button, watercolor pencils, Nesties and Memory Box flower dies.
